You will work with blueprints and CAD files, monitor process performance, and collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams to keep production flowing safely.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, experience with milling equipment, and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating milling machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Basic understanding of mechanical drawings, blueprints, and machining processes.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate milling machines according to job specifications and blueprints.
• Assembly of proprietary products from pre-cut materials.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and adherence to quality standards using precision measuring instruments.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of milling equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Ability to read blueprints and CAD files to accurately assemble custom tools.
• Lifting and handling of wood, metal pieces and tooling.
• Able to stand for long periods and be adaptable to a changing work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any deviations or equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
