WGI Inc. is seeking a motivated CNC Milling Machinist on 2nd shift to support precision components, ensure on-time delivery, and uphold quality standards.
The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance and safety within a high-precision aerospace environment. Ideal candidates will have strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills, 4+ years of CNC experience, and a commitment to working within AS9100/ISO9001 frameworks to maintain traceability and revision
Competenze
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years CNC machining experience or related schooling.
- Proficient blueprint reading and GD&T principles.
- Adept in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and indicators.
Mansioni
- Set-up, operate, and enter offset adjustments on multiple CNC milling machines.
- Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to ensure quality standards.
- Operate within AS9100/ISO9001 requirements, including documentation, revision control, traceability, and lot control.
- Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment and maintain tools, gages, and a clean, safe work area.
- Adhere to safety regulations.
- Conduct other related duties as assigned.
- Report problems or discrepancies to supervisor.
