Ideal candidates will have strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills, 4+ years of CNC experience, and a commitment to working within AS9100/ISO9001 frameworks to maintain traceability and revision

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years CNC machining experience or related schooling.
• Proficient blueprint reading and GD&T principles.
• Adept in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and indicators.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate, and enter offset adjustments on multiple CNC milling machines.
• Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to ensure quality standards.
• Operate within AS9100/ISO9001 requirements, including documentation, revision control, traceability, and lot control.
• Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment and maintain tools, gages, and a clean, safe work area.
• Adhere to safety regulations.
• Conduct other related duties as assigned.
• Report problems or discrepancies to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate, and enter offset adjustments, on multiple CNC milling machines


• Inspect work visually and dimensionally to ensure quality standards are met


• Operate within AS9100/ISO9001 requirements to include proper documentation, revision control, traceability, and lot control. Confirm the production and inspection documentation is accurately filled out.


• Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment, and maintain tools, gages, and a clean, organized, and safe work area.


• Adhere to safety regulations


• Conduct other related duties as assigned


• Report any problems or discrepancies to supervisor

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent


• Minimum 4-years CNC machining work experience or related schooling


• Exceedingly proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T principles
