Qualifications

• Experience interpreting blueprints, drawings, and setup sheets.
• Experience using scales, calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Strong English communication and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automated CNC vertical and horizontal machines.
• Accurately locate and identify the X, Y, Z axes on machines.
• Perform daily checks and report concerns, initiating maintenance requests.
• Meet efficiency, scrap control, and setup-time goals.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and setup sheets accurately.
• Ensure parts meet specifications using precision measuring tools.
• Replace dull cutting tools and set up tooling as required.
• Monitor machines and adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling as needed.
• Maintain a safe, PPE-compliant work environment.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.
