• Requires 5+ years of CNC setup, machining, and programming experience.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, specs, and GD&T.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and operate CNC machining centers for production and prototype work.
• Install tooling, fixtures, and workholding devices per requirements.
• Develop and revise CNC programs using G-code and CAM software.
• Verify setups and perform first-piece inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Discuss and apply GD&T requirements to ensure part quality.
