The role emphasizes clean execution, thoughtful tooling choices, and process optimization in a non-temperature controlled shop. Education required is High School, and shift is first (7 AM - 4 PM).

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in CNC machining is required.

Responsibilities

• Setup & Run: Perform complete, independent setups on 3/4/5-axis CNC mills and live-tool turning centers.
• G-Code & Edit: Read, interpret, and edit G-code/M-code programs at the machine controller.
• Precision Inspection: Hold tight tolerances with precision measuring tools.
• Process Optimization: Select tooling, speeds/feeds, and workholding to maximize tool life and efficiency.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose tool wear and dimensional drift on the fly.
