Strong blueprint reading, G-code editing, and strict quality discipline are essential. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience on mills and lathes, proficiency with Haas or Fanuc controls, and a proven ability to hold tight tolerances using precision

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes.
• Proficient in G-code editing at the machine control interface (Haas or Fanuc).
• Demonstrated ability to hold tight tolerances with precision measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Setup & Workholding: Secure fixtures, chucks, and vises on mills and lathes, establishing precise work coordinate systems.
• Programming & Control: Load, edit, and run G-code/M-code programs while adjusting feeds, speeds, and coolant levels.
• Machining Operations: Execute multi-axis milling and precision lathe turning operations.
• Blueprint Reading & GD&T: Interpret drawings and callouts to manufacture parts to exact specifications.
• Quality Inspection & Maintenance: Perform in-process checks with micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges; maintain tools.
