TECOMET is seeking a 2nd or 3rd shift CNC Machinist with 3+ years of experience to produce machined parts by operating CNC machines, while maintaining quality and safety standards in line with Tecomet's continuous improvement and win-first culture. You will set up and run multiple CNC machines, perform tool changes and offsets, verify with measuring equipment, and follow GMP/GDP practices.

Competenze

3+ years CNC Machining experience.
HS diploma or GED required.
Associate degree or Machinist apprenticeship preferred.
Production environment experience preferred.
GCSE/NVQ Math and English desirable (UK only).

Mansioni

Operate and set up CNC machines within tolerances per work instructions.
Perform difficult CNC work including progressive machining of parts with close tolerances.
Change dull tooling and make minor offsets for wear.
Ensure product quality following OOQ standards and use measuring equipment.
Perform routine maintenance per PM schedule.
Maintain 5S/housekeeping in work area.
Follow GMP/GDP practices and complete job routers/cards.
Identify and report safety issues and manufacturing problems.
Record activities in the job tracking system.
