Tecomet in Milton, MA is seeking a 2nd or 3rd shift CNC Machinist with 3+ years of experience to produce machined parts while upholding quality, safety, and GMP standards. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and meeting performance metrics.

You will operate and set-up CNC machines, perform tooling changes, maintain documentation, and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Associate degree/certificate preferred; Machinist apprenticeship desirable.
• Math and English skills beneficial in a manufacturing setting.

Mansioni

• Operate and set-up CNC machines within tolerances per work instructions.
• Perform difficult CNC work including progressive machining of various parts.
• Change dull tooling and adjust for wear as needed.
• Ensure product quality using OOQ standards and measurements.
• Maintain daily PM schedule and 5S housekeeping in the work area.
• Record activities on the job tracking system and support continuous improvement.
