Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and Set-up CNC machines within specified tolerances following work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Perform difficult CNC Machinist work including progressive machining of parts and different metals with tight tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and/or make minor offsets and adjustments for tooling wear.
• Ensure product quality by using OOQ standards and measuring equipment and interpreting readings.
• Perform routine maintenance per daily machine checklist and adhere to PM schedule.
• Perform hand finishing and follow GMP/GDP and document practices.
• Identify and report Safety, Health & Environmental issues.
• Achieve productivity targets and seek improvements.
• Record activities in the job tracking system and support Continuous Improvement.
• Elevate manufacturing issues to supervision and assist in resolutions.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping and perform other duties as assigned.
