Randstad USA is seeking a Machinist for first shift in Minnesota, with 2+ years of CNC Milling or CNC Swiss turning experience. Qualifications

• Perform machine setups to produce products, ensuring consistent results through accurate timekeeping, tool monitoring and statistical control methods.
• Complete independent parts inspections to ensure that customer requirements are being met, using various inspection methods, resources and equipment, including regular use of microscope.
• Identify material, technical, production and safety issues that may impact the manufacturing schedule, communicate concerns to the department Lead
• Knowledge of metals and their respective properties.
• Employees must be able to relate to other people beyond receiving instructions. Can get along with co-workers or peers and respond appropriately to feedback from a supervisor in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team and the department lead to accommodate production schedule changes.
• Represent the company, as required, during customer, internal and ISO audits.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and the Quality Management System (QMS), identify potential deviations, and notify the department Lead of non-conformance, assist with root cause analysis as requested.
