Job summary

Total Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on producing and remanufacturing precision parts while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards.

The position offers a stable first-shift schedule with competitive pay and opportunities to work with advanced CNC equipment in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience programming and operating Haas CNC mills or similar equipment.
• Knowledge of G-Code programming.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and assist where needed.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. occasionally and 35 lbs. regularly.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate 3- and 4-axis CNC milling machines.
• Read and work from blueprints and specifications.
• Perform machine adjustments and tool changes as needed.
• Improve machining processes to increase quality and reduce production time.
• Create or assist with work-holding fixtures when required.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work closely with team members across departments to support production goals.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
