Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience running and setting up equipment.
• Blueprint reading, G-code proficiency, and use of precision measuring tools.
• Proactive approach to clean, organized setups, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates vertical CNC milling machines to produce precision metal parts according to engineering blueprints and process sheets.
• Performs tool changes, offsets, and adjustments across a variety of automated equipment.
• Inspects finished workpieces against tight tolerances using precision measuring instruments.
• Actively contributes suggestions to optimize materials, tooling, and machining processes.
