Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is seeking a Machining Center Operator in Milwaukee to set up, adjust, and program CNC centers for mass production. You will prove out programs, align tooling, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

You will diagnose machining issues, edit tapes, and train other operators on setups. The role requires experience with machineoperations, reading gauges, and accurate production documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ year of trades training or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years of related machining experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate and prove out programming for CNC machining centers for mass production.
• Diagnose and correct machining problems and edit program tapes.
• Mount and align tooling and fixtures; secure work pieces and change setup as required.
• Cycle machine to verify fixtures, tooling sequences and tolerances.
• Recommend tooling applications and improvements to processes.
