Job summary

ATI in Coon Valley is seeking a CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC lathes to manufacture aerospace components. The role emphasizes safety, precision, and teamwork, with a 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday, and a pay rate of $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, math, and measurement comprehension.
• Ability to read instructions and perform simple measurements.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; machining training available.
• Familiarity with CNC machining is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform raw material incoming visual inspection.
• Perform manufacturing operations on CNC lathes.
• Machining parts to meet tolerances for final inspection.
• Inspect the finished product at end of production cycle.
• Product final inspection.
• Work closely with manufacturing leadership and team members.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Accurate completion of required documentation.
