Job summary

ATI is seeking an experienced N/C Turning Equipment Operator (CNC / Water Jet) for our Cudahy, WI facility on weekend night shift: Fri, Sat and Sun, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM. Training on 1st shift, then transition to 36‑hour weekend schedule paid for 40 hours. You will load forged components and operate water jet per specs.

Responsibilities include setting up, reading instructions, monitoring quality, and ensuring safety around high‑pressure equipment. Training and progression opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, math and measurement comprehension.
• Ability to read instructions and perform simple measurements.
• Reading and interpreting machining drawings and requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate industrial water jet cutting equipment.
• Follow work instructions, drawings and specifications.
• Monitor machine operation and adjust to maintain quality.
• Use hand tools and gauges to verify setup and work.
• Inspect completed work for conformance to specs.
• Follow safety procedures around high‑pressure equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Rest of related duties as assigned.
