Job summary

ATI in Coon Valley is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC lathes, delivering parts that meet strict tolerances and quality standards.

The role involves night shift on weekends (Fri-Sun, 5pm-5am) with 36 hours scheduled and 4 hours paid as premium. Candidates should be safety-minded, detail-oriented, and capable to work both independently and as part of a team. Training may be conducted on day shift, with opportunities for skill development.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, math, and measurement comprehension.
• The ability to read instructions and perform simple measurements is critical.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to machine components.
• Perform manufacturing operations on CNC machines.
• Meet tolerances for final inspection.
• Inspect and clean finished product after cycle.
• Support product final inspection.
• Collaborate with leadership and team members to achieve goals.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
