Grain & Protein Technologies seeks a Production Technician for our Paris, IL facility to operate CNC and laser equipment and maintain high quality parts. You will read blueprints, use precision tools, and follow safety guidelines to keep production running smoothly.

You will perform setup and calibration, troubleshoot issues, and document production data as part of a lean manufacturing team. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of manual and CNC machine operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
• Proficiency in manual and CNC programming and reading technical documents.

Aufgaben

• Set up, calibrate, program and perform maintenance on precision machines.
• Machine materials to specification from job orders with minimal delays.
• Monitor performance and ensure quality throughout cycles.
• Inspect finished parts with precision tools and document findings.
• Troubleshoot by adjusting offsets, speeds, and feeds to maintain efficiency.
• Follow 5S standards and maintain a clean, safe work area.
