Zusammenfassung

SendCutSend is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems across our three buildings. You’ll ensure safe, efficient operations to minimize downtime and support consistent output on a full-time, on-site basis.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues in CNC laser cutters, press brakes, and finishing equipment; performing preventative maintenance; maintaining logs and spare parts inventory; and supporting safety documentation

Qualifikationen

• Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, motors, conveyors, and industrial equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, compressed air, hydraulics, and industrial plumbing.

Aufgaben

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair production equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues across production and facility systems.
• Work with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
• Maintain maintenance logs, equipment documentation, and spare parts inventory.
• Assist in developing and maintaining maintenance procedures and safety documentation.
• Participate in equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects.
• Support general facility maintenance including lighting, HVAC coordination, and minor building repairs.
