Job summary

CT Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Laser Operator to operate and maintain the laser system in a production environment in Minnesota. You will manage nest scheduling, material handling, and ensure parts meet customer specifications.

The role requires adherence to ISO procedures and safety regulations, forklift operation, and reliable on-site attendance, with collaboration across teams to optimize efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the laser system to support production.
• Schedule MSC/FSC line control software and prepare MSC Controller for online operation.
• Control orientation, lens and nozzle maintenance, centering, and focus; perform manual cuts and adjustments.
• Oversee nest creation, scheduling, cleanup, tool parts, and manual tooling adjustments.
• Update ERP systems as needed and coordinate with teams for improvements.
• Unload and move materials; receive inventory and perform material labeling and storage tasks.
• Use inspection tools to verify parts against customer specifications.
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy on jobs and ensure timely delivery.
• Operate a forklift and hand truck for part/material movement as required.
• Follow ISO procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
