Accelera in Minnesota is seeking a Precision Machine Operator to produce high-performance components using CNC and die-cutting machinery.

You will setup and operate advanced equipment, monitor performance, and ensure parts meet strict quality standards while maintaining accurate ERP records and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in manufacturing, with strong mechanical skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with prior experience in a manufacturing machine operation role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and computer systems, including experience with ERP software.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to stand for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to read and follow complex operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Configure and operate specialized equipment, including CNC systems, die-cutting presses, and laminators, to meet daily production targets.
• Monitor machine performance and run speeds to optimize output while maintaining strict adherence to quality specifications.
• Proactively troubleshoot mechanical issues and material inconsistencies to minimize downtime and ensure continuous workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage job changeovers, report material defects, and streamline production processes.
• Maintain accurate digital records of production activity and material consumption within our ERP system.
• Uphold a safe, clean, and organized work environment by actively participating in safety training and facility maintenance.

• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems independently.
