• Experience in a high-volume benefits/administrative support role (1–3 years).
• Hands-on with employee benefits software; comfortable across CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process client eligibility changes and ID card requests accurately.
• Maintain client management portal with current information.
• Communicate carrier decisions clearly to clients.
