Qualifications

• Understanding of insurance concepts for client communications.

Responsibilities

• Process eligibility changes and ID card requests with precision within tight timeframes.
• Maintain the client management portal with up-to-date information.
• Communicate carrier decisions clearly to clients to avoid miscommunications.
• Navigate multiple carrier and CRM portals to keep processes moving.
• Respond promptly to client and internal requests to maintain trust.
• Escalate issues to carrier reps to resolve problems correctly the first time.
