You will build relationships, provide recommendations, and resolve issues to support client retention and agency growth.

You’ll partner with clients, carriers, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure policy needs are handled accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1 year of client service, administrative support, or related experience.
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry practices.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt client service and resolve concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Review coverage needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to tailor programs.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and new submissions.
• Coordinate with teams to expedite policy issuance and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate client records within the agency system.
• Identify opportunities to expand coverage and strengthen relationships.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
