Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a dedicated Baker to produce high-quality cakes daily, following our proprietary NbC recipes and production methods, and contributing to exceptional guest service. You will operate commercial ovens and mixers, prepare ingredients, monitor bake times, label and store products, and keep logs.

The role demands reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education or prior work experience is required, though bakery experience is a plus.
• Must be able to perform repetitious, physical tasks and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC recipes and cake production methods with precision to meet productivity goals.
• Uses measuring instruments, mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Prepares raw ingredients and equipment, places pans in hot ovens and monitors baking.
• Maintains packaging, labeling, storage, logs and product rotation standards.
• Maintains cleanliness and supplies for the next shift, adheres to safety guidelines.
