Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in West Lafayette seeks a dedicated Baker to produce top-quality cakes following NbC recipes and safety standards. You will operate commercial ovens and mixers, prepare ingredients, and support timely production to meet guest demand.

Applicants must be 18+ with job experience in baking preferred. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods is required; work hours are Mon-Fri 7:30a-4p. Uniforms and benefits are provided at many NbC locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education required, but bakery experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must follow recipes and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and production methods.
• Operate commercial ovens and mixers.
• Prepare raw ingredients and load pans into ovens.
• Maintain packaging, labeling and storage of baked cakes.
• Assist Bakery Manager with production planning and inventory.
