Nothing Bundt Cakes in West Lafayette is seeking a dedicated Baker to produce high-quality cakes daily, following proprietary recipes and NbC standards. You will operate commercial bakery equipment, measure ingredients precisely, and ensure products are prepared safely for guests.

This role requires strong attention to detail, a readiness to work in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to health, safety, and dress code policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand written and oral directions and follow recipes.
• Able to interpret instructional documents such as recipes and health & safety rules.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Experience in bakery or foodservice is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC recipes and cake production methods with precision.
• Operate commercial bakery equipment and monitor baking process.
• Prepare ingredients and equipment; load pans into ovens and ensure proper temps.
• Label, package and rotate products; maintain logs for baking and refrigeration.
• Assist in planning production and monitor inventory; notify when supplies run low.
• Inspect ingredients and cakes to ensure NbC standards are met.
