Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Baker to produce high-quality cakes adhering to NbC recipes and food safety standards. You will operate commercial ovens and mixers, prepare ingredients, and monitor baking to ensure consistent product quality.

Responsibilities include inventory checks, sanitation, and supporting the Bakery Manager with production planning. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior bakery experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Recipes are provided in English and Spanish and must be followed precisely.

Responsibilities

• Follow NbC proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision.
• Operate commercial ovens, mixers and other bakery equipment.
• Prepare ingredients, monitor baking, and ensure proper packaging and storage of cakes.
• Maintain sanitation, rotate products, and log baking and refrigeration data.
• Assist Bakery Manager with production planning and inventory monitoring.
