Nothing Bundt Cakes is hiring for a bakery associate in Westerville, OH. You will follow NbC recipes and production methods with precision to meet productivity goals, operate commercial bakery equipment, and help ensure quality across all baked goods.

You will assist with ingredient prep, dough and batter handling, and maintain logs, cleanliness, and safety standards while supporting a fast-paced shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow recipes and instructions precisely.
• Understanding basic US measurement units used in food preparation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to operate commercial bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to timing and working in a fast-paced production schedule.
• Adherence to health and safety practices and dress code.

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC recipes and production methods with precision to meet productivity goals.
• Uses measuring tools, mixers and ovens to bake cakes.
• Prepares raw ingredients and equipment, places pans in oven, and monitors baking process.
• Packages, labels, and stores baked cakes; maintains logs and rotation standards.
• Assists Bakery Manager with production planning and inventory monitoring.
• Assists Utility position when necessary.
• Evaluates ingredients and cakes to ensure NbC standards; reports quality issues.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks the workstation; ensures supplies for next shift.
• Complies with health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code and hygiene.
• Maintains consistent attendance and punctuality.
