Responsibilities

• Uses measuring instruments and mixes to frost cakes.
• Prioritizes pre-orders and frost walk-in orders.
• Ensures frosting supplies and par levels are maintained.
• Packages, labels and stores frosted cakes per standards.
• Monitors frosting inventory and reports replenishment needs.
• Evaluates cake quality and reports issues to management.
• Cleans and sanitizes workstation and prepares for next shift.
• Adheres to health, safety guidelines and NbC dress code.
• Maintains punctual attendance.
