Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking an Assistant Baker to support the lead Baker in producing high-quality cakes and meeting production demands. The role emphasizes adhering to proprietary recipes, food safety standards, and efficient workflow.

You will assist with daily baking, prepare ingredients, operate mixers and ovens, and help maintain clean, organized workstations for a smooth shift. This is a physical, hands-on bakery position at a franchised NbC location.

Responsibilities

• Follows NbC recipes and production methods with precision and achieves productivity goals.
• Operates mixers and ovens and uses measuring instruments accurately.
• Prepares raw ingredients and equipment for baking and monitors baking process.
• Assists with daily baking and production flow.
• Ensures proper packaging, labeling, storage, and rotation of baked cakes.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks workstation; maintains logs.
• Adheres to NbC policies, dress code, and personal hygiene.
