Job summary

PrideStaff is partnering with a Fairfield-based supplements manufacturer to fill a Blender Operator role. This full-time position requires strong attention to detail within a GMP environment and offers a morning shift with potential overtime on Saturdays.

You will prepare materials, load and operate blending equipment, follow SOPs, ensure safety, and assist with packaging and sanitation in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of cGMP and the ability to strictly follow SOPs.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, supplements, or nutraceuticals is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Material Prep: Scoop and weigh raw materials precisely as outlined in the MMR and BPR.
• Equipment Operation: Load products from drums or cartons into mixing/blending equipment and operate the machinery with limited supervision.
• Quality & Compliance: Follow SOPs guided by cGMP standards and coordinate with Quality Control for batch record sign-offs.
• Safety & Communication: Use PPE at all times and notify QA Manager of any deviations or issues.
• Packaging & Sanitation: Label finished products for packing and clean/sanitize work areas to maintain a pristine environment.
