Job summary

Precisionstaffingusa seeks a Blender operator in Kentucky to blend formulas per specifications, stage ingredients, and maintain raw material integrity, while following cGMP and quality standards.

Responsibilities include weighing, unloading tanker trucks, sanitation, calibration checks, and wastewater activities. Must work with minimal supervision and flex hours, ensuring accurate documentation and safe operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of chemical blending experience preferred.
• Forklift experience (sit-down) preferred.
• Strong documentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact and work well in a team.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including overtime.
• Understanding of chemicals, measuring and blending.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Ability to read blending tickets and related production documentation.

The Blender combines raw materials within formula specifications to support production requirements while adhering to cGMP and quality standards. Performs all tasks in a safe manner observing cGMP and quality standards.

• Stages ingredients.
• Performs weighing and blending of formulas.
• Maintains raw material integrity in storage areas.
• Unloads Tanker trucks.

• 1 year of sit down forklift experience preferred.

• Must have excellent math skills.
• Must have an understanding of how to read blending tickets, procedures and other documentation related to producing a blend that meets all quality tests.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Reachs and lift overhead.
• Crouchs and lifts from floor level.
• Ability to work in an elevated work area.
• Operates a fork lift.
• Walks and stands up to 95% of the time.
• Works in temperatures between 50° F to 85° F.
