Job summary

Finlays Solutions is seeking a Blender Operator for our Nevada facility. You will blend products per work orders following GMPs and safety procedures, aiming for efficient daily output without compromising safety or quality.

Responsibilities include operating blending equipment, adhering to SOPs, maintaining logs, and assisting with basic maintenance. A high school diploma or GED (or 2 years manufacturing experience) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic computer and control systems.
• Mechanical aptitude for assembling and minor repairs on equipment.
• Clear written and spoken communication within the organization.
• Basic knowledge of food processing and food safety.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and GMPs and safety policies.
• Set up and operate blending equipment per SOPs and GMPs.
• Process Work Orders efficiently per schedule.
• Create production batch samples for QA testing.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
• Perform basic measurements and calculations for yield.
