The ideal candidate will follow SOPs, learn lean manufacturing concepts, and maintain logs. A high school diploma or GED and basic math skills are required, with willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Comprehend basic math, use a calculator.
• Knowledge of basic computer and control systems.
• Possess mechanical aptitude for assembly, troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Ability to communicate both written and orally within the organization.
• Basic knowledge of food processing and food safety.
• Team-oriented, respectful, and adaptable to change.
• Manage time efficiently and work under changing demands.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• High school diploma or GED, and/or 2 years work experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and GMPs for Manufacturing.
• Adhere to Safety and Quality policies and procedures.
• Operate blending equipment safely and efficiently per WO and SOPs.
• Process Work Orders according to the daily production schedule.
• Create production batch samples for QA testing.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Maintain required logs and paperwork accurately.
• Demonstrate attention to quality and accurate weight measurements.
