Qualifications

• Read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Comprehend basic math: weights, measures, and calculator use.
• Basic computer literacy and control systems understanding.
• Mechanical aptitude for assembling, troubleshooting and minor repairs on equipment.
• Ability to follow SOPs and GMPs and safety procedures.
• High school diploma or GED; 2 years manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending equipment safely to meet Work Order instructions and SOPs.
• Process Work Orders efficiently according to the production schedule.
• Create production batch samples for QA testing requirements.
• Clean and sanitize machines, rooms, and utensils per SOPs.
• Maintain logs and paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Assist with minor repairs and routine maintenance of machines.
• Support Lean Manufacturing to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
