Job summary

Finlays Solutions is seeking a Blender Operator to blend products per work orders while following GMPs and safety procedures. You will work to maximize daily output with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Applicants should have at least a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and mechanical aptitude. The role requires English proficiency, reliability, and teamwork in a hands-on setting.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Comprehend basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, weights and measures.
• Possess mechanical aptitude with the ability to assemble, troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Learn, practice, and adhere to SOPs and GMPs established for Manufacturing.
• Follow Safety and Quality policies and procedures.
• Operate blending equipment safely and efficiently per WO instructions.
• Process work orders accurately per the daily production schedule.
• Create production batch samples for QA testing.
• Clean and sanitize machines, rooms, and utensils per SOPs.
• Maintain logs and paperwork legibly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and wear PPE as required.
• Assist with minor repair and maintenance of machines.
• Demonstrate good judgment and report unsafe acts or conditions.
