Job summary

Finlays Solutions seeks a Blender Operator to blend products per work orders while following GMPs and safety procedures. Maintain a safe, efficient workflow to maximize daily output with high quality and accuracy.

You will learn SOPs, GMPs, and department policies, operate blending equipment, and process orders in line with the daily production schedule. A strong focus on math, documentation, and teamwork is expected.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak English.
• Comprehend basic math and use a calculator.
• Know basic computer/control systems.
• Mechanical aptitude for assembly and minor repairs.
• Communicate effectively within the organization.
• Knowledge of food processing and safety basics.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs and safety policies.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply SOPs and GMPs for Manufacturing.
• Follow safety and quality policies and procedures.
• Follow Blending Department SOPs and room policies.
• Operate blending equipment to WO instructions and SOPs.
• Process Work Orders accurately per daily schedule.
• Create production batch samples for QA testing.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Record logs and paperwork legibly and accurately.
• Support Lean Manufacturing to improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Wear PPE as required and maintain attendance.
