Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Production Associate in Joplin, MO to support production lines and ensure GMP and safety protocols are followed.

The role involves maintaining production flow, stocking materials, and performing basic equipment servicing while adhering to QA procedures. Ideal candidates will read production schedules, document downtime, and collaborate across departments to improve quality and minimize waste.

Qualifications

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE as required in warehouse/production areas.
• Follow QA procedures and SOPs to ensure product quality.
• Read and follow production schedules; communicate deviations.
• Perform sanitation, equipment changeovers, and basic maintenance.
• Record downtime and production data accurately.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Cross-train and participate in inventory management as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and wear PPE in production areas.
• Read production schedules and communicate issues to leadership.
• Maintain production flow by supplying materials and minor servicing.
• Follow SOPs for QA, sanitation, and equipment changeovers.
• Record data for production and quality records; maintain downtime logs.
• Assist in cross-training and inventory management as needed.
