Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. in Joplin, MO is seeking a Warehouse Technician to support batching, blending, and material handling in a fast‑paced beverage production environment.

You will follow GMPs and safety policies, wear PPE, operate forklifts, verify ingredients, and help maintain product quality and safety for customer shipments. This role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse or production areas.
• Adhere to FDA, state/city regulations, Refresco quality policies, GMPs and HACCP.
• Operate batching/blending equipment within area of responsibility.
• Ensure quality and integrity of the product run on the lines based on specifications.
• Transport ingredients and pre-weighs by forklift to and from required areas.
• Verify all ingredients against SAP, food safety, food quality, and inventory control.
• Program bulk ingredient delivery system.
• Follow batching/blending sheets, add ingredients, and record amounts accurately.
• Obtain blend tank samples and take to the quality lab for testing; adjust as needed.
• Complete all required documentation for batching/blending and forward to QA.
• Maintain sanitation and cleaning of the area during the shift.
• CIP/COP sanitation of all batching/blending lines, tanks and equipment as scheduled.
• Operate plant water filtration systems.
• Unload deliveries of bulk concentrates as needed.
• Report non-compliance, product protection, food safety, and safety issues to management.
• Understand BOD process and assist in BOD of batches.
• May assist in training new employees.
