Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. in Joplin, MO is seeking a dedicated warehouse/production associate to support daily manufacturing operations. You will follow GMPs and safety PPE, operate within the production schedule, and help maintain quality and sanitation throughout the facility.

The role requires reliability, the ability to read production plans, teamwork across departments, and a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-moving beverage environment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and safety PPE requirements in warehouse and production areas.
• Read and follow the production schedule; communicate issues promptly.
• Maintain production flow by supplying materials and basic maintenance.
• Follow QA and SOPs; document downtime and quality records.
• Record information for production and quality records accurately.
• Assist with sanitation and housekeeping as assigned.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Assist with cross-training and other duties as needed.
