Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver high-quality vehicle repairs and exceptional customer experiences. You will assess, disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition while collaborating with teammates to hit KPIs and uphold the brand promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of a technical program or a 3-year apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair and reassemble vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis/frames and replace damaged parts or glass as needed.
• Weld/fit parts and prepare/paint vehicles to spec.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect results.
