Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous vehicle repair to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while collaborating with the team to meet KPIs and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship required.
• Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.
• Thorough understanding of how to use tools required for the trade.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers; use cutting tools, plasma cutters, jacks, hammers, and pliers.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins when needed.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass and windshields.
• Repair interior parts as needed; weld and fit parts; repaint vehicles.
