Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by meticulously assessing and repairing vehicles to their pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble cars, align chassis, and replace damaged parts with attention to factory standards and safety.

Strong teamwork, ability to read job orders, and thorough knowledge of repair tools are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles to restore pre-accident condition.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace or repair glass, interior parts, and body components.
• Ensure work meets labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair.
