Job summary

The Boyd Group in Texas is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately estimating, repairing and restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding our commitment to speed, quality and customer excellence.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship required.
Ability to read job orders and work with little supervision.
Understanding of methods and tools to repair vehicle bodies.

Responsibilities

Ensure consistent execution of the WOW plan.
Plan repairs and prepare cost estimates for customers using appropriate tools.
Repair dents, replace parts, and refinish vehicle surfaces as needed.
Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
Inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality.
Possibly complete work orders within labor guidelines.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
