Oatey in Minnesota is seeking an assembly-focused candidate for a manufacturing role in Shakopee. You will assemble components and materials per SOPs, read blueprints, and follow daily production schedules to meet build goals.

Qualifications

• Basic math, reading and writing skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn.
• Accuracy in measuring.
• Decision-making skills.
• 1–2 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble components according to SOPs by reading and following procedures.
• Follow daily assembly schedule and set up equipment for daily build.
• Prepare and assemble materials needed for daily builds.
• Order raw materials where appropriate.
• Document completed and incomplete product.
