Job summary

PEAK Technical Services Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced manufacturing technician to assemble, test, calibrate, inspect, and troubleshoot laser, optical, electronic, and electromechanical products.

This role supports the production line from component assembly through final testing and finished goods, with collaboration across Manufacturing, Engineering, NPI, and Quality teams. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in assembly, testing, or inspection of precision devices,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of related technical or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with electronics/optics/laser systems in high-precision environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, inspect, test, repair, rework, and adjust products per procedures.
• Operate production equipment per work instructions and SOPs.
• Inspect products to ensure conformance with specs and engineering requirements.
• Document test results and production data for traceability.
• Identify defects, deviations, and safety concerns and escalate as needed.
• Support NPI and Engineering with prototype development and process improvements.
