Job summary

The role involves verifying equipment status, adjusting settings, inspecting parts, and entering data while maintaining a clean, safe workspace in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent or completion of primary school in Costa Rica.
• Minimum three years of experience in a comparable manufacturing environment preferably utilizing computer aided machinery or similarly equivalent experience demonstrating the ability to follow detailed technical processes using mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform medium to high complexity tasks related to customer specific process requirements.
• Verify system conditions or equipment status before operation and adjust settings as needed.
• Inspect components to ensure specifications are met.
• Enter data and report issues as required.
• Take responsibility for required process documentation.
• Train other employees on production processes or equipment usage as requested by Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow instructions of the Supervisor/Production Manager and Resonetics policy and safe practices.
• Use laser radiation safely and in compliance with PPE policies.
