Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience with optical/laser precision parts assembly.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Able to lift 30 lbs and work extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Interprets operation sheets, drawings, and instructions.
• Inspects in-process assemblies as part of methods of operations.
• Analyzes data with specifications through logs and instruction sheets.
• Cleans hardware with solvents.
• Works under microscopes to assemble, align, rework, repair, wire, test, and calibrate optical products.
• Maintains logbooks, tolerance sheets, and shop orders.
• Communicates with engineers, managers, and other technicians on statuses and issues.
• Performs other tasks directed by Management.
