Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking an A&T Technician II for the 1st shift in Buffalo, NY. The role involves precision assembly, testing, and operation of high-precision equipment on site in East Aurora, NY, reporting to the Assembly and Test Supervisor.

The candidate will perform tests, troubleshoot failures, and use ERP to track builds and materials, with adherence to safety protocols and a strong teamwork culture.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to understand and apply instructions in English.
Experience with assembling mechanical and/or electrical components; diagnosing test failures.
Set up and perform operational tests of finished products using hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic test equipment.
Use and maintain ERP system to record product builds, SNs, and material use.

Responsibilities

Perform precision assembly on complex systems that support an array of applications.
Assemble products utilizing hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, fixtures and gauges.
Perform various test operations using hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical methods to validate product acceptance.
Communicate test failures and support reworking of products as necessary.
Ensure units are tested per current revision letters and report any abnormal conditions.
